Workplus Consult Ltd was founded in 2018 by a partner who had grown tired of strategy decks that nobody owned. We are a small, partner-led firm. Every engagement is led by one of three partners — never by a fly-in/fly-out senior manager — and the people who propose the work are the people who deliver it.
We work primarily with mid-market and growth-stage Nigerian businesses, although we are increasingly engaged by pan-African operators using Nigeria as a strategic priority. The practice is registered in Lagos. We accept fixed-fee mandates only, tied to defined scope and timeline. Our reporting cadence is monthly and the report is one page.
